The contact owns a 2014 Chevrolet cruise. The contact stated that while traveling 60 mph, the vehicle lost all power as the engine light illuminated on the instrument panel. The vehicle was towed to the dealer. The technician diagnosed that the lug nut that held the electrical ground wire was loose and had to be tightened in order to repair the failure. The failure and current mileage was 3,000. Updated 09/15/14
