I purchased this 2013 Chevy Cruze September 28th 2017 with only 29,842 miles on it. Within the first month I noticed this short scraping , zapping, vibration sound at around 12 mph + or - it happened when leaving my driveway or in parking lots sometimes I would notice it more than once every day or not even notice it at all. I did send an email to the Dealership about it just to question if they had any thoughts about it but did not get a reply? Now I have other complaints so I am listing them all separately just in case there is others with this symptom or if there is a recall on its way?
