We took our Chevy Cruze Ltz into Chevrolet Dealership at Crest Chevrolet in Lake Elsinore and the problem was fixed for a couple of months. Now its back to the same issue where when you put on the brakes, they go all the way down to the floor. We also had some Transmission issues and they ended up rebuilding transmission but both brakes and transmission still do not work like they used to. When we come to a stop the car jerks and it seems like somebody hit us from behind, We left car there for 1 week and now we are doing it all over again, We would really like Chevrolet to buy this car back from us for what we owe on it which is 13,000 and we would love to purchase one of your new models 2017 Chevy Cruze Diesel. We do love Chevy and we look forward to hearing back from you, Sincerely Rory and Karla Ballard
