Installed CAA connect device for insurance purpose and after activation show only where it is parked and the time is always time 20.02.18 no trip shows or distance made. CAA replaced the unit but the second unit works the same parameter (the unit in on ODB port) I want to know if somebody has the same problem and how to fix it. IS the problem related to ODB plug or the onboard computer or something else???
No record of any trip is showing and no mileage shows on computer screen.
