Definitely annoying considering there is no trunk release in the car. I would have to turn the car off and hit the trunk release on the key, because the key would not release the trunk when in the ignition.
one day the outside trunk release no longer worked, I must use the key to open the trunk at all. I took the vehicle to the dealership and they did not fix the problem. It would've also been free to do as my warranty had not expired yet.
