Summary: This Preliminary information communicatesvehicle may come in with DTC P228D (Fuel Pressure Regulator Control Performance - High Pressure) set current or history. A fault with the fuel rail pressure sensor.Do not replace the Engine’s High Pressure Pump. Butrecommended to replace the Fuel Rail Pressure sensor.
