Air bag malfunction warning light is associated with driver's seat wiring harness. Re-seated all three connectors several times, but problem always comes bad. A manufacturers' recall is appropriate based on potential of injury and prevalence of fault.

airbag sensor light stayed on. Moved driver seat all the way forward and located yellow connector box near rear of seat. Re-seated one of the blue ties that had pulled out of side of box. made sure box seemed to be pushed together tightly. Light went out. Seems prior post about it being related to this connector box under seat were right. total fix time===5 minutes.
