Vehicle experiencing problem with steering column locking up. 1st incident repairs caused engine to stall. Currently, problem reoccurred intermittently. Dealer contacted for appointment. PCM failed. Ref. In EA02-031

While driving in the rain the enigine dies, and the brakes do not function. Dealer says that brakes ar normal, but cant find solution for the engine stalling.
