Took quite a long time to fix and also caused a broken timing chain and gears... Cost is Quite expensive..... Better off replacing your engine as replacing the head still leaves the bottom end worn from the damage and lack of oil. This engine is not easy to change the head on yourself. Proper tools are required and you might end up with bloody knuckles still. I have done this three times by experience... Hope this does not happen to you!
