Additionally, the navigational system and radio continued to reboot, and volume increased to high levels without driver interaction. The contact replaced bank two and valve two and stated that the cam shaft exhaust was faulty. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure recurred. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic, who informed the contact that the failure was due to bank two, the cam shaft, and that the vehicle was idling roughly. The contact called the local dealer, but the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and referred the contact to the local dealer. The failure mileage was approximately 46,000.

The brakes went out on the vehicle while my service technician was driving and he barely missed getting in an accident. We had it towed to the Chevy dealer and the brake Pump shattered causing damage to the exhaust clamp and they are telling me it-??s not under warranty or recall but I see this is happened with millions of other Chevy vehicles?

Just prior to 8/1/22, check engine light came on. They found P0014 set, lack of power, rough idle. They found oil pushed through bank 1 cam solenoid actuator and had to replace on 8/1/22. Check engine light came on again in mid August 2023. Found P0024 code and had had to replace the cam actuator again. This time GM has part on backorder, like they are fixing systemic issue with part. They could only replace by getting from another dealer. Still charged me for part even though it was just replaced 12months ago. Would like to know if this is a systemic issue with GM.

I have 2021 Chevy Colorado pickup truck. Put the truck in park and unable to turn off and remove the key. This is the third time this has happened this week. The first two times I moved the shifter from park to drive and back and it released. The last time I had to sit in my drive way for twenty minutes with the truck running before I could turn the key to shut off the truck. This is a very dangerous situation if there was every an emergency and not being able the shut off the truck.
