CarComplaints.com Notes: The 2015 Chevy Colorado has a significant trend of transmission problems.
Most owners reporting transmission problems with their 2015 Colorado report sluggish shifting or other similar problems with the truck not shifting properly. Although most of these 2015 Colorado trucks are still under warranty, it's not a good sign.
The Chevy Colorado is mechanically identical to the GMC Canyon.
The problem is no big deal. But I think It's something that a brand new vehicle should not have. A couple of days after I bought it, it rained and there was that squeaking noise when I opened the window. Nothing serious but it bugged the heck out of me. Took it to the dealer. They said they ordered the part and would call me when it got there but that was 3 months ago. Anyway the squeaking is gone now.
