CarComplaints.com Notes: The 2015 Chevy Colorado has a significant trend of transmission problems.
Most owners reporting transmission problems with their 2015 Colorado report sluggish shifting or other similar problems with the truck not shifting properly. Although most of these 2015 Colorado trucks are still under warranty, it's not a good sign.
The Chevy Colorado is mechanically identical to the GMC Canyon.
very poor torque at the under 4000 rpm range and it jerks
I purchased this truck in February of this year and have taken it to the local dealer and they tried to fix it but said they were waiting for a fix from GM which of course has not happened. After a couple of unsuccessful attempts by the local dealer I took it back to Autonation which is where it was purchased. It is still in their shop as I write this. I have notified them that I will be engaging legal help if it is not fixed this time. This truck has spent about two weeks total in the shop. This vehicle is definitely a lemon.
