The contact owns a 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt. The contact stated that the odor of fuel was present while operating the vehicle. Upon inspection, it was discovered that fuel had leaked from the sub frame near the front of the driver's side rear wheel. In addition, while driving, the check engine light remained illuminated. The cause of the failures were not determined. The local dealer and manufacturer were not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 237,000.
