One day after returning to my car from Walmart, the car would not start. Thought maybe it was just a battery, but it became very clear the battery was not the problem. At the shop, was told the timing chain had broken and as such, the engine is now seized or worse. Have yet to hear back on the cost of fixing, but I’m very confident it will cost more than the car is worth. No other signs were present to indicate such a failure on the way to Walmart.
