The contact owns a 2009 Chevrolet Cobalt. The contact stated that the lug nuts on the front driver side, front passenger side, and rear passenger side separated when the wheels were being replaced. An independent mechanic repaired the front passenger side lug nut, but they continued to detach on the other wheels. The dealer was unable to diagnose the cause of the failure. The manufacturer was notified. The approximate failure mileage was 87,507.
