Water is leaking on the front passenger side of the car. The leak is looks like its coming from blower heater when the A/C is on.

The contact owns a 2009 Chevrolet Cobalt 5-speed, 2-door. He stated that there was an unknown square piece of metal sticking out of the rear passenger side panel. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where they could not determine what caused the metal to come apart. No repairs were made to the vehicle, to date. The failure and current mileages were under 4,554.
