Passenger floor was flooded 3X from the overflow tank while using the air conditioner. The manufacturer had made the water drainage hole very small, and it clogs easily. So if it rains too hard, or I use the air conditioner in the summer, the small hole cannot drain fast enough, and it goes to the overflow tank and floods my floor. I already replaced my entire carpet, and now, the entire dash area plus both my seats were removed and torn apart to get the heater box out. The heater box insulation was coming off clogging the tiny hole from too much water in the box. I've lost count of the labor hours, and this time my car's been in the shop for 2 weeks. So right now--we are drilling out the hole to make it bigger, and hope this works?
