The contact owns a 2008 Chevrolet Cobalt. While driving approximately 55 mph in rainy weather, the windshield wipers failed. The contact was unable to see the roadway and proceeded to drive with her head sticking out of the window to see the roadway. The dealer replaced the windshield wiper motor. The failure recurred a little over one year. The dealer replaced a nut on the windshield wiper motor. The failure mileage was 25,882 and the current mileage was 50,574.
