Timing chain locked up 4 years Prior, which might have been partially the cause. Tried running fuel cleaner and running 89 and 93 in my car before taking the engine apart. Cylinder 1 and 3 were completely warped from overheating. Took cylinders and head to a buddy and got it rebuilt. After putting engine back together got a coolant code. Replaced the sensor and flushed coolant line.
