Water is leaking at the passenger door and in the trunk.

I've gone through 3 speakers and the dealer won't fix it unless I pay for it, i will not pay for a manufacturer defect. I will get about an inch of rain on the floorboard of the passenger side and then it ruins the speaker as well. Rain water also ruined driver front side once but didnt get into the car and on the floor.
