Under 700 miles and it rains. New car wiper on drivers side makes scrubbing noise and skips across windshield. Very annoying. Took to dealer and tech held water hose over wiper completely drenching area. Stated he could not duplicate problem. Like I drove it under water and it would do it. Said it was working fine. Now car at 13,000 miles and 10 months later. Continues to do it every time it rains. With the exception if its in a heavy down pour and the car is standing still! What is up with GM and its so called Dealer service?
