The contact owns a 2005 Chevrolet Cobalt. The contact stated that the front driver and passenger seat belt retractors were locked. He also stated that the air bag warning light was illuminated on the instrument control panel. He refused to have the dealer inspect the vehicle because they wanted to charge him $100.
