These vans are manufactured by Nissan. They are Nissan NV200's with Chevy emblems. I am guessing the paint on these is so bad because they aren't actually made by GM. Anyway, my van is white and from day one, it has never looked shiny and clean on the outside because dirt doesn't come off of it with any amount of scrubbing. It seems as though it has a very thin clear coat and it looks oxidized.
