my car acts like i repeatedly release the gas in quick succession. usually wont stop until i actually release the gas for a second or two. happens mainly from a dead start (stoplight or stop sign) but occasionally while driving, usually while going uphill. no idea whats wrong, friend told me it was my transmission. any help would be great.
