Windshield wipers get slower and slower in a downpour. They can't keep the rain off. I have to pull over until its over. This gets very dangerous because you can't see and pulling over sometimes isn't possible.

under the driver side wiper arm, there is a plastic dromit. if this dry' out and cracks, the only solution is to replace the entire wiper system because Chevy says that it is a proto type. i say bs Chevy and fix the problem
