This seems to be same problem as the 1997 Cavalier has. Dashboard makes buzzing sound and indicator lights and odometer etc start acting erratic. Then car stalls. Sometimes restarting is also difficult. Mechanic scanner indicates anti-theft system problem. But he isn't sure what the problem is...
