Consumer states that the rack opinion has gone bad causing the vehicle unable to make a left turn. When making a left turn the steering wheel locks.

Steering gear cable broke while getting out of a parked spot. Vehicle was not able to move from the spot where it had stopped.

Steering gear needs replaced. Vehecile has been worked on four times for same problem with steering assembly. Problem never fixed. Dealer that worked on car C&O motors located at 202 5th street St albans wv.25177 304-727-2921. General Motors refused to fix problem under warranty.
