Rear main seal broke and spewed oil everywhere. The mechanic stated it was installed improperly. It cost $944 to repair and I would greatly appreciate if I could be reimbursed.

Takaya recall...driver seat belt is unraveling, gas fumes comes throught vent when on freeway or streets even with vents are closed when turning the tire rubs against the vehicle tire area other issues with engine grinding to pick up speed and poor power bought to batteries.
The contact owns a 2013 Chevrolet Captiva. The contact stated that while driving at approximately 45 mph, the vehicle reduced power independently to 20 mph as the stability tracker and the engine power warning lights illuminated. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the throttle body and the fuel injector needed to be replaced. It was unknown if the vehicle was repaired but the failure recurred. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 83,000.
