- This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about an oil leak from the oil filter due to filter rubbing on the air conditioning compressor hose. Technician will need to call General Motors Technical Assistance Center for further assistance. Dealer should communicate to the customer that we apologize for this inconvenience and that General Motors is working on a solution for this concern.
