I have been a Mopar person my whole life. Decided I wanted a new Camaro since I have always wanted one. I am beginning to regret my purchase. After only 724 miles, I have lost have my motor power. It now sounds like a sports cars with 100k miles on it that has been ragged like sh*t the entire 100k miles! I have treated my car like my baby since I bought it and never had any reason for it to do what it has done. It literally sounds like a raggedy ass car with more then 100k miles on it, rode hard and put up wet!
I have never been so disappointed in my life with an auto purchase as I am with this new 2021 LT1 Camaro. Not only does it have engine valve clatter, surge when shifting in low gear, and a clanking sound when driving normally from about 4th to 5th gear, but a total loss of half the power. I took it back to the dealership and all they told me at this point is that it was like chasing a ghost but that they had the very best techs working in the shop and that I needed to take it and make notes of when it did what it did. The shop manager at the dealership told me that if it blew up or if the motor quit that it was all under warranty and they would fix whatever happened. I am beyond disgusted with my purchase! Should have just stayed with MOPAR!!!
