GM knows this is a problem with this transmission. There is a technical service bulletin out for the problem but GM does not offer compensation. I have had the fluid flush as suggested but the problem persists. I have been told if the flush doesn't fix the problem, then it may be necessary to replace the torque converter or transmission. That is ridiculous for a $56,000 vehicle with only 8,000 miles.

Vehicle vibrates at 1,500 Rpm at all speeds. Returned it to the dealer and was advised that the transmission fluid was the wrong formula installed by the factory. They performed a flush and fill and advised that this should fix the problem. I asked for a new transmission they refused. They advised that I had to drive the vehicle for at least 500 miles before they would look at anything else.

I noticed the problem first when I had the car for about a month. had a slight vibration, they flushed the transmission fluid saying that the factory didn't put in the right transmission fluid. Noticed the problem again at 31,000 miles. they want to flush the transmission fluid again and GM has no policy until the first quarter of 2019. I say replace transmission or give me a new car under the lemon law.
