New vehicle, 4,000 miles; LOUD vibration noise coming from rear diff area. Flat bed towed to Win Chevrolet, Carson, CA Service; where purchased. Monday 7-31 AM informed drive shaft is Bent. Getting warranty replacement.
So far after a week, No replacement available or shipped. This is outrageous for the customer! Issue supposedly elevated to Chev district manager and others; still no update.
Chevy produced more than 70,000 Camaros in 2016, more than 35,000 so far in 2017. How can a replacement warranty drive shaft not be available within one day? Defies logic. Previously purchased two Corvettes and now this 17 SS Centennial Camaro. After this treatment will never purchase another Chevy or GM product.
