The contact owns a 2016 Chevrolet Camaro. While driving approximately 30 mph, the front wheels shook uncontrollably. The contact lost control of the vehicle as it spun around twice and crashed into a metal divider. None of the frontal air bags deployed. There were no warning indicators illuminated. There were no injuries and a police report was not filed. The vehicle was towed to the contact's residence. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer or an independent mechanic for diagnostic testing. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 50,000.

Both passenger and driver side airbags deployed while driving straight down the center lane of an empty, 3-lane road, with a speed limit of 40. There was no impact to have caused them to deploy. There is no damage to the vehicle body, tires, etc.
