This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicle that may have a blower motor inoperative or cannot be changed at start up. Technician may find Diagnostic Trouble Code U1510 set in the Electronic Climate Control module. Technician will need to reprogram the Electronic Climate Control module to repair this concern.
