The contact stated that after parking the vehicle, the contact attempted to turn off the vehicle; however, the contact was unable to remove the key from the ignition. Additionally, the trunk failed to open as needed. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure.
