I was driving down the highway and my rear bumper cover just ripped off on the driver side my sidemarker light went flying into traffic and my bumper was hanging on because of my license plate it was dragging on the ground by the license plate when it came off my car pulled to the left so bad that I thought my suspension system had given out I pulled over and found my bumper cover destroyed so I Called my insurance company and they said it sounds like a maintenance issue and they will NOT cover it nor is it insurance I pay for full coverage collision and comprehensive now I'm stuck with a bill that is ridiculously high

The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired and was no longer under warranty. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and did not assist. The failure mileage was 53,000.

I was headed South making a left turn onto 167th off of cicero ( busy street) and an oncoming vehicle struck me on the passenger side front quarter panel, then pushing my car over the median and into another vehicle and afterwards into a curb. None of my airbags deployed after basically four impacts.

There was no incident. My complaint is, this vehicle has very little metal. I put a magnet up to every panel and it didn't stick anywhere.I'm paying $30,000. For plastic!!! the whole car inside and out!! they expect a few little air bags to protect me in a crash? I'm dead.
