This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician that a vibration is heard and/or felt in the vehicle shortly after a repair involving removal and installation of the air conditioning compressor or the associated compressor bracket. Technician will need to inspect the fasteners for evidence of being bottomed out or stretched. Technician will need to replace and damaged fasteners.
