I was looking for wiring problems concerning common radio problem and saw that parts of the steering joints INSIDE the car are rusted ! Where is water coming from and also causing mildew smell ? Anyone else have this problem ? I am unable to reach this area under the dash on the drivers side .
After years of my radio not functioning normally it is finally fixed , something causing a short and shutting off the radio with a pop. Audible alerts , and AC fan stopped working until radio came back on.
