This is the 2nd time I get this replaced, when I first bought my Camaro I took it to the dealer and they automatically knew what was wrong and replaced it under the warranty. It has been almost 5 years and the sound came back. I was not able to take to the dealer for the warranty since it has been longer than 1 year mark. I researched online and forums. Now that I heard from other Camaro owners having the same problem I was able to confirm it was the rack and pinion. Now $800 later, hopefully I don't have to deal with this anytime soon.
