This is now the 3rd time this car has had major problems. I have always taken my car in for oil changes and maintenance as I am suppose to. One day my car acted up like it wanted to stall but it didn't. I immediately took it to the dealer and they notified me that I was 4 quarts low on oil. I explained that I have my oil changed regularly and why didn't my oil light come on. I guess I don't have an oil light and I am not suppose to go by what the car reads regarding how much oil I have left. I am suppose to manually check it. I explained why do I have to when this car is still somewhat new. So for the next 2 months I had to go every 2 weeks to the dealership so they could check my oil consumption. Also, one of the Chevy representatives tried to tell me this was normal consumption. I was like I may be a girl but I am NOT stupid. Needless to say, they said my car is eating 1 quart of oil every 6 months. Finally, the dealership ended up overhauling the top end of my engine. Total crap if I have to say anything.
