The contact owns a 2010 Chevrolet Camaro. The contact stated that after having the vehicle in for routine service, the technician advised that the left front and rear pins and calipers were wearing the brakes down by sixteen percent. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and offered no assistance. The failure and current mileages were approximately 16,390. Updated 07/21/11 the service tech stated the left rear and left front brakes were working at only 20%. the technician stated it was due to the consumer applying brakes more than normal.
