Tread separated from cooper tire (98 T 225/60R16 M+S lifeliner ste dot 30 X K C4M3300 eo6R) on Camaro on interstate 35, causing fatal collision. Submitted by attorney mark bonner, Oklahoma city.
At speeds between 30-40 mph front end shakes. Took vehicle to dealer who rotated tires. Front tires were cupped. The dealer was unwilling to fix the vehicle.
The vehicle has experienced continued problems with the front end suspension pulling to the right, this has caused excessive wear of the tires (no make/model of tires provided), dealership has tried to remedy the suspension problems on several occasions and changed tires, however they can not figure out what the problem is, which could be the suspension system or the tires.
