The vehicle experienced problems with the front end pulling to the right, even when you turn to the left there was no response causing the vehicle to veer off the road and hit utilities and an embankment, consumer injured neck/ back, and chest. Also 3 days prior to this accident the traction control system failed while driving 40 (in a 55 zone) while raining, consumer went into a skid and ran off the road but there was no property damage. Headlights have repeatedly dimmed/flickered when applying brakes or coming up steep hills since the purchase of this car.
When headlights are on, and vehicle reaches speeds of 50 mph and more headlights will start to flicker. Contacted dealer, and the dealer stated that there was nothing they could do because they could not dupicate problem during day when they test drove vehicle. Consumer states asr button is extremely hot and the driver side brake light shorts out.
Headlights flash on and off everytime consumer drives vehicle. Dealership has not been able to determine cause of defect. Please provide any additional information/attachments.
