While consumer was driving there was a loud noise coming from engine, and when checking vehicle they noticed that tensioner belt pulley system had some screws that were cracking and coming loose. Contacted dealer,
Ongoing problem with rattle noise from 350 V8 5.7L engine; dealer notified, and replaced valve lifter, but problem still occurring. Manufacturer was notified, and informed consumer that it was normal for that engine. Feel free to provide any further details on this matter.
Consumer was driving vehicle. Crossing bridge onto interstate at approximately 25-30 mph when noticed smoke and flames coming from dash area. Local fire department arrived and put the fire out. Reason for fire is unknown at this time. Dealer /manufacture notified.
