While driving at 45 mph, the consumer was involved in a front collision and none of the air bags deployed. The dealer was notified. The accident occurred during a rainstorm. The vehicle hydroplaned, spun around, and struck the median. The anti lock brakes failed to help gain control of the vehicle.
While driving the vehicle 10 mph the consumers vehicle was involved in an accident and both frontal air bags deployed at the same time. They broke the windshield and busted the dash board..
Both air bags deployed without reason while driving at 20 mph or less. No bump/potholehole, etc., driver sustained injuries. Seeking help from NHTSA in this matter.

Vehicle hit a guard rail and went into a spin in which oncoming trash truck in turn hit the vehicle head-on. Neither air bag deployed. Driver suffered bodily injuries and vehicle was totaled.
No deployment of driver's air bag during a collision resulted in injuries to driver's head/neck/lower back and right shoulder. Also, vehicle was totaled.
While driving vehicle owner was involved in dead center accident traveling at 60-65mph, and there was no deployment of driver's or passenger's side airbags. Cause has not been determined.
ABS brake failed 5 times, pedal went floor, loss of effectiveness, once resulting in an accident, impact 12:00 position, driver's side airbag did not deploy. Also, seat belt did not hold/engine constantly overheated and windshield wipers were inoperative, won't clean windshield properly.
Driver and passenger side air bags deployed while operating the vehicle. No impact involved, causing loss of steering. Accident occurred due to faillure.
