Everytime it rains water got into the alternator belt, causing vehicle to shut down without warning..

While driving experiences stalling and cannot accelerate properly which may cause an accident. Dealer replaced ignition/ fuel wire/valve cover gasket/oil gasket/oil sending unit, etc. Also had problems with oil leakage/ water pump deterioration and serptine belt cracking. Please provide further information and VIN#.
