Ok so when I got the car it had been sitting for 3 years, however the only thing I really had to do to it was change the oil and replace tires. When it started getting cold outside I noticed it did not warm up well AT ALL. The defrost for the back windshield did not work and the fuse for it got so hot it burned me, I realized it was also the fuse for the drivers power seat(which does not work), so I unplugged the seat to prevent power going to it and the defrost seemed to work ok but it only stays on for a few min. Sooo my question is
1. Why won't my car heat properly?
2. How much will it cost me to fix my drivers seat?(I think its the motor)
