I started noticing that the chime sounded weird on my vehicle. After a week or so, the chime would stop working all together. Using the audio settings, I determined that the drivers door speaker was defective or not working correctly. I took it into the dealer on 3/15/21 and they reprogrammed the head unit, which surprisingly fixed the issue.
