This Preliminary information communicates that a customer or dealer may find a spring on the floor of the vehicle. The dealer technician is advised that this is a seat back lift spring. The technician is instructed to reinstall the spring on the outboard side of the 60% seat. A video is attached showing the installation procedure.Â
