The stick shift popped out of gear due to a faulty rubber boot that encompasses the bottom of the mechanism, consumer still experiencing problems with the stick shift being extremely loose and barely manageable, on one occasion the stick shift exhibited a chirp like noise, and the stick shift light would illuminate, dealer could not duplicate noise, on one occasion consumer was informed that there were 2 threads down into the vehicle about three inches higher than what it should have been.
Driving on wet road less than 25mph hit brakes pedal went to floor would not stop caused accident. 2nd driving 65mph starts to shimmy no power dealer says running at designed specs. No fix. 5sp manual transmission.
